Tyler Youderian is a third-generation Montana business owner with deep roots in central Montana. His family’s connection to the region spans decades: his grandfather Fred, his father Mike, and now Tyler—through the family’s civil construction company, Youderian Construction Inc.—have all worked with Leroy and Claris for three generations. Tyler’s company performs governmental, private, and municipal civil construction projects across Montana, northern Wyoming, and western North Dakota. With extensive experience in contracts and project administration, he brings an additional perspective to the foundation’s work. Serving on the board is meaningful to Tyler because it gives him the opportunity to support the communities his family has been part of for so long. He’s excited about the foundation’s growing list of projects and the new funding opportunities for the communities in central Montana. Tyler lives in Stanford with his wife, Mary, and their daughter, Sophia. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golfing, aviation, and—above all—supporting and spending time with his family. Tyler has been a member of the Strand Foundation since 2025.
